Web services: I think it would be relevant to the big business because they need more information sources in the internet.

Podcasts: I think big businesses would need it so they can publish files in the Internet.

RSS feeds: It would be relevant for both because it would send messages while avoiding spam filters.

VOIP: I think big businesses would use it more because small business would not use voice communications.


Web mail: It would be relevant to both because they all need emails that people send them regarding their business and information.
