Web Site: Its relevant because every business needs a source of information where people would go and see things about the business.

FTP: I think its relevant for big business because small business would have no reason why they should send files.

HTTP: I think they both need it because if they have a website then they obviously would need an HTTP.

Web services: I think it would be relevant to the big business because they need more information sources in the internet.

Podcasts: I think big businesses would need it so they can publish files in the Internet.

RSS feeds: It would be relevant for both because it would send messages while avoiding spam filters.

VOIP: I think big businesses would use it more because small business would not use voice communications.


Web mail: It would be relevant to both because they all need emails that people send them regarding their business and information.
